Today we united with the other regions in the metroplex. It was fun seeing everyone in one place! This morning, my team felt led to get coffee at Dunken Donuts. We prayed for Natasha who had two poodles that reminded me of Molly, my childhood dog. After getting to know more about her, she shared she has an older daughter Michelle who just had a baby 5 weeks ago. She explained she used drugs throughout her pregnancy and has been involved in sex trafficking. I then prayed a special prayer for Michelle and her baby. Natasha was grateful and left encouraged. Thank you Jesus! My team also prayed for a couple that worked at a Cajun restaurant; we ended up going there for a delicious lunch.
This afternoon, my team stopped for frozen yogurt and prayed for three young Hindu’s. Zabar was open to hearing the good news of Christ, please continue praying for his soul!
We then took a short ride on a commuter train to Dallas. A gentleman who accepted Christ on our way into town told Gary he saw numerous angels behind him as he walked towards him! How awesome is that? I was able to pray for a mother and son from Africa on the return trip. The mother confessed she no longer heard the voice of the Lord because of all the confusion in her life. I prayed for her to regain this gift so she could begin her healing ministry again! God is good!
