After our 27 hour prayer service, I stopped at a hotel in Kokomo to get some rest. The following morning as I took a load of things out to my car, I met a gentleman in the elevator. I knew to be alert, but didn’t feel threatened.
On the next trip to my car, I heard someone ranting and cursing. Several staff ran to see what was happening. Immediately, I asked the Lord if I was to engage or retreat. I heard Him say “move forward.” As I did, He instructed me to begin praying in the Spirit. I could see the person from where I was and immediately felt chilled and a shiver went down my spine. I also noticed as soon as I began praying, the person who was making the disruption picked up her things and left the building. The Lord showed me that was a demonstration of His power that I carry within me. The darkness can’t stand the light!
Next, I encountered the clerk that the individual was yelling at. I asked her if she was ok and if I could pray for her.; she allowed me to. Through prayer, the Lord replaced trauma with His peace and comfort. She cried as He released His love. Iit was a beautiful picture of the Lord redeeming what the enemy tried to steal.
Lastly, I walked over to the lobby to get a cup of coffee. It was right where the agitated person was standing and I felt fear and trauma. The Lord instructed me to pray and reclaim that territory the enemy tried to gain.
On 2/22/22, the prayer team discussed the prophetic significance of the 2’s. We went to Isaiah 22:22 “I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.”. I believe this experience was the Lord activating and demonstrating the access to the authority we have through Him.
