About

Hi there!

I’m Susan and I’m from Mississippi. My heart is for others to know of Jesus. I love to write about my faith and how Jesus radically changed my life. So take a look around at some of my previous posts, and thank you for stopping by.

Susan has a heart for helping those in need. After many years working with people in crisis and recovery, Susan was encouraged to check out Time to Revive and reviveTUPELO. Once she experienced the unity of churches coming together as Christ’s body, she knew she was right where she belonged. The Lord used TTR to revive Susan and set her heart on fire. She especially loves going out on teams, leading others to Jesus and being a part of something that helps lukewarm believers rekindle their fire. Before joining the TTR team, Susan worked as a crisis counselor for a domestic violence shelter and rape crisis center. She also led a Christ-centered 12-step recovery ministry for her local congregation. Her time with the recovery ministry came to a close, and after experiencing God’s love in action through the ministry of Time to Revive, Susan knew the Lord was leading her to get involved on a full-time basis. Susan’s love for people and professional training makes her a great asset to the TTR team!

Susan lives in Tupelo, MS with her husband Neil, and has a stepson, Jonah. She has B.S. degrees in both Psychology and Social Rehabilitation Services. In her free time, she loves playing her oboe, editing photos, Bible journaling and a good cup of coffee. Also a lover of the outdoors, Susan enjoys cat fishing, dove hunting and camping with her family, friends and two dogs.

I pray that the Lord will bless you and provide you with his everlasting peace, in Jesus’ name!
