Neil invited me to come to “Shop with a Cop”. It was a blessing to see joy on the children’s faces as they picked out gifts for themselves and their loved ones. It was humbling to learn one parent requested toilet paper and another family resided in someone else’s garage.
After shopping, Chick-fil-a provided lunch and we had an opportunity to interact with the moms. I exchanged numbers with two of them and hope they are open to connecting in the near future!
