This morning during our prayer time, the Lord showed me a vision of mesh and my team leader saw a white shirt. As we turned out of the church parking lot we realized we had a flat tire. We pulled into the closest driveway and right away we noticed there were two bows made of mesh on the pillar of the house. We knocked on the door, but nobody was home.
While we were waiting for roadside assistance, the young lady on our team prayed with the mailman. Then, a stray dog came up to our group. One of my team members began chasing after it. He commented he didn’t know it just kept running away, when all he wanted to do was help it. This dog came up to us two times, and we were able to explain it was a great illustration of how God chases after us because He loves us. We just need to be willing to stop and let Him. It just so happened that the team member that has been running from God is the same member that was chasing after the dog and he was wearing a white shirt.
The driver called AAA for assistance and we were able to offer prayer and encouragement to the gentleman who changed the tire. During this time, the homeowners returned and we were able to pray for them. They assured us they would mention their pastor was aware so their congregation could join our efforts!
