What a neat day the Lord planned! I was able to go out with Sherri and Royal; our Heavenly Father blessed each of us in a special way.
Royal felt led to go to Home Depot. On the way, he began sharing his testimony. We ended up staying in the car to hear about what the Lord had done in his life. Through his story, God was able to communicate to Sherri how much He loved her and wants her to live life in abundance. Royal discussed an important ingredient to freedom is forgiveness. He also encouraged her by saying God will use her life experiences to help others; just like his was impacting her! What a blessing! Rev. 12:11
Before we left, we asked a couple to take our picture. This was the Lord’s gift to Royal. Royal was excited because the couple was open to us praying for them and he had an opportunity to uplift and encourage all the people he encountered today! Royal had another engagement, so we parted ways.
We still had a little time before the we were supposed to return to the church, so Sherri and I went to get fast food. I noticed a police car in the parking lot. As we were pulling out of the drive thru, another police car pulled in beside the first car. I knew right away, this was my divine appointment. Ever since the officer involved shootings in Tupelo, my passion has been to pray for LEO’s and their families. What a joy it was because I was able to do just that! God is so faithful and I am thankful He allows me to be a part of His Kingdom work!
