Jesus let His light shine on us today!  As my team was praying for direction, I heard the word unite and saw an arrow.  I had no clue about the meaning, so I shared this with my team.  One of our members suggested a Methodist church, so we headed towards First UNITED Methodist.

While in route, we spotted numerous arrows that pointed towards the library.  A lady was walking a dog nearby and we were able to pray for her and point her in the direction of several community resources she could benefit from.  As we all headed back to the car, we saw a few people milling around the library.  I was able to pray and encourage a dear friend of mine and several other team members were able to pray for a gentleman who was having relational struggles.

When we left we noticed three arrows at the end of the street, so we followed them.  We ended up at the FRC; another friend of mine and her husband were standing in the parking lot.  He is a police officer.   We were able to pray for his protection and for my friend’s peace of mind.

Since many of our previous encounters were homeless, we thought it would be neat to go to the Salvation Army.  Again, I ran into several friends who were over the ministry.  I delighted in opportunity of being able to pray for the ones that were pouring into others!  I could see their spirits were lifted and refreshed too!

Upon writing this entry, I now see that the Lord UNITED me with several of my friends that needed to be UPlifted and loved on by our Heavenly Father!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
