He will direct your path!

Today was a special day with my Abba Father.  As I was leaving out of Tupelo on my way to reviveMS. :: Horn Lake, I noticed two pairs of geese and then one flying alone.  I believe the Lord was letting me know that I have been trying to do things on my own strength instead of relying on the Holy Spirit.  All this week, my Bible Study lesson has stuck with me…Stop Striving and Be Still!  There was also a reference of a minister that would lay outstretched on his bed everyday, offering Himself to the Lord as a living sacrifice.  Again, affirmation that I need to Let Go and Let Him!  As I was just about to the church, I noticed another large group of geese and the song came on Klye stated was one of TTR’s theme songs.

During prayer before we broke into teams, Duane spoke into the lives of the reviveMS :: Tupelo team.  He shared with me that I am stronger than I realize and I don’t need to doubt that what I am hearing is truly from Him!  How cool is God?!  I just love how He loves us!

We then broke into teams.  Several of us went to an event at the High School but didn’t feel led to stay.  My team left and just began driving around the city until we met a couple working in their yard.  We were able to pray for healing for their mother/mother-in-law and show them our method so they too could share the Gospel to someone they felt let to. We left and headed down the street and stopped once we noticed a home had recently burned.  We were able to pray over both the homeowner and the tenants that were residing in the home.  As we were about to get back into our vehicle, the two gentleman on our team noticed two young men sitting on their front porch.  Once we saw them, we knew that this whole day had been centered around this encounter.  One of the young men accepted Christ and wanted to be discipled!  God is so good!  We all laughed at how God worked, because we thought our day was about encouraging the families who were affected by the house fire.  However, the Lord just used that as a tool to put us in contact with those two young men!  Glory!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
