This morning during prayer, I saw a vision of thick liquid falling over a building from heaven. I believe the Lord was showing me He is pouring out His glory over us, but the church needs to awaken so they don’t miss it and let it just fall by the way side. Then, as we continued praying I saw a silhouette of a person praying towards a cinderblock. When I asked what this meant, I was told it meant we needed to pray for the foundation! How fitting a group of elders felt led to pray over the gates of Denton!
My team had a special assignment of passing out water and candy to the students at UNT in the CCC parking lot. We were late because of two encounters. One, the individual refused prayer, but the other was a different story. I saw Robin walking with a hammock in his backpack and beer in his hand. I knew I was supposed to pray for him. First, Si prayed for his foot, but he refused to admit it was better. As we listened to him share, we heard he had been hurt in a relationship and was angry at God. He became agitated and the Lord showed me a vision of him using this passion to preach the Gospel. I shared this with him and he stood amazed. He allowed me to prayed over him again and I literally felt him shake and I knew chains were being broken. My prayer is Robin quits running from his calling and towards his Savior!
Labon and I also spent a lot of time with Chris and James. One survived pancreatic cancer and the other was an amputee. We prayed for healing for both of them and invited them to lunch. They explained they were going to head over to the soup kitchen and we could pick them up there.
Once we got to the soup kitchen, we saw numerous people that were wearing TTR bracelets! However, we never did see Chris and James. We asked the director if we could bring a team from reviveTX to pray with the folks eating, but she said no. I did get an opportunity to pray for her and get a list of the community resources. I specifically asked where single homeless mothers are referred to and she gave me the contact information. As we left, I saw the young lady from yesterday that we encountered that I wanted the information for! I was able to get a hug and give her the number before she hurriedly got in line before they stopped serving. Isn’t God’s timing perfect?
