Be the Light

Mom and I wanted to start a new tradition this year.  Because gramma was in the hospital in October and dad in November, we knew how dreary one could feel after spending time in one of the rooms.  Since we could empathize with those that had loved ones in the hospital, we decided to spread some Christmas cheer by leaving candy canes on all the windshields of the cars in the parking lot.  We approached several people returning to their cars and one even said we made his day, as he had just gotten some terrible news.  God’s perfect timing!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
