The first part of a dream I told her about was how I emptied out a cellar and people kept trying to bring things back to it. Some left it in the doorway and family members actually brought items back inside. It seems all I did was go around removing whatever was being brought to my door and into my clean space. What a neat picture of deliverance. Once our vessels are purified, we have to consistently work on not allowing our old behaviors, thoughts and habits to reestablish residence! It’s an on going battle, not just a one time ordeal.
The second part of the dream was about how my family had cleaned the yard and along the street were piles of brush. I noticed the piles were on fire. After the fire went out, it was black and smelly. However; in time, everything grew back twice a beautiful as what it was originally. I believe the Lord was showing me how He prunes us, burns away our iniquities which can unpleasant, but it’s all done with the intention of the Lord replacing it something twice as good, amen?
Next, I told her how I had several dreams dealing with nasty community bathrooms. While we were in class, Ray shared he has filthy bathroom dreams all the time. They represent what he does in the spiritual realm. He helps everyone clean up their messes, so to speak. That very night, I had a dream about my dogs going to the bathroom in the kitchen and having to clean up after them. I know it was a reminder how I need to start with myself, before helping others.Later that week, we saw a squatty potty at ACE Hardware. I laughed and said I should purchase one as a physical reminder of what we have been doing in the spiritual realm. On Saturday, there were three of them in the home of where Lela and I went to pray for two of our friends. I believe the Lord was confirming that He had released me to begin walking out in the prophetic.
