For the past few months, the Lord has been speaking to me about coming to the table. When I did some research, I found this teaching.
During an inner healing and prayer session I was encouraged to close my eyes and envision a table. Once I saw it, I needed to focus on the details of the table and then invite Jesus to join me.
The first time, I saw a round table with a white clothe covering it. It had white lilies and deep pink callayilies on it. The flowers reminded me of my bridal bouquet. Later, He reminded me my name stands for graceful lily! The table had one place setting of dainty china with silver trim, lace around the napkin, and pearls decorating the edge of a smaller circular white cloth coving the top of the table. There was a wedge of watermelon on the plate and a softly lit crystal lamp in the middle center of the table.
The second time, I saw a white table cloth covering a picnic table with wooden benches on both sides to sit on. The table had wheat and bread in the center of it. (John 12:24-26). It was located in a pavilion in the midst of a park.
When I asked the Lord why I saw two different tables, He revealed the first was where were He served me, and the second was for were I live out His example…of me serving others! (John 13:13-17) Oh I thirst and hunger for more and more of Him!
