Romans 12:2

At the end, we were asked how we ate the mint…if we savored it all the way until the end, if we savored it for a while and then crunched it, or if we chewed it right away so we could move onto the next thing.  It was then equated if that is how we  spend time with the Lord.  If we savor it or if we look at it as something to check off our list.

At first, I was crushed as I didn’t even eat one, I gave mine away.  I was scared I had missed out on the opportunity all together.  But the Lord quickly corrected me.  He reminded He did not call me to do as everyone else, even those on my team.  He called me to stand out and be obedient to only Him, amen?

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
