Proverbs 22:6

img_8852This morning, I had the privilege of going on a team with Mary, John, and Adelle.  Mary and I have been in a reviveSCHOOL discussion group for several months and we just got to meet one another in person at this outreach!  How fun is that?

Adelle shared she skipped her prom in order to share the Gospel today.  It was neat because she explained her teacher told her yesterday about a park that was in the center of 2 circles and that was the park marked on our map we were to go this morning!  As I am writing this, I am reminded that I too skipped one of my highschool dances in order to lead my boyfriend at the time to the Lord.  I lift Adelle up right now, as the Lord has already begun using her and she is willing to lay down things of this world to follow Him, amen?

When we prayed, the Lord gave Mary the color purple, me a swing and daffodil.  As we headed out, we drove by and prayed for Mary and John’s church, one of their children who lived close to their church and we ended up at the park Adelle’s teacher told her about the day before.  We knew a lot of our mission was lifting up in prayer the sphere’s of influence in the Miller’s lives (and we smiled as she was wearing a purple shirt).  As we walked around the park, we passed by both swings and saw several daffodils in bloom!  It was also confirmation to Adelle the Lord was pleased with her and she was right where the Lord wanted her.

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
