How fun is it to equip the next generation! Chris and I reviewed the scriptures with the girls so they felt prepared and equipped. Then, we all prayed for direction about where to go. One of the girls stated she wanted to call and pray for her brother and his wife. Even though we couldn’t be there in person, they were thankful for prayer!

As we left the parking lot, my feet hurt and I shared I believe the Lord wants to heal someone’s foot. No sooner did I share that, we noticed an ambulance. We followed it into a hotel parking lot and we were able to pray healing for the patient. Come to find out, she was having difficulty walking. Our prayer is she will be totally healed in Jesus name!

As we regrouped, one of the girls shared she wanted to pray for a cashier at a nearby gas station. A family with several children caught our attention in the parking lot so Chris and one of the girls prayed for them. I went inside the building with the other two girls and they felt led to pray for one of the ladies behind the counter. We were able to pray for the Lord to reconcile her to her daughter and grandchildren, who she was missing over Christmas. She teared up and asked for a hug from each of us.

Then, we went a crossed the street and prayed for a waitress in Huddle House to be blessed and experience Christ’s love in a new way. From there, we saw another family gathering to get into their car at McDonald’s. Not only did the girls get to pray for this family, but the family prayed over them! The girls were so blessed by this! What a fun way for the Lord to reveal how much what they were doing means to others, as He allowed them to be on the receiving end of the very work they were doing!

From there, the girls wanted to go to Subway to pray for a few people they knew that worked there. The people they were looking for weren’t there, but the Lord had other plans. We asked the person behind the counter if we could pray for her and she said yes. Several customers walked in and we told her we would wait. While waiting, we were able to pray for two young men. One of the girls then commented her left knee began hurting and I shared mine did too. I was able to share with her that was the Lord giving her a word of knowledge that He wanted to heal someone’s knee. We asked someone if their knee hurt and the person beside her said he had four surgeries on his knee. She prayed for his knee to be healed in Jesus’s name!

Once all the customers were served, the employee ran out from back and said how thankful she was we stayed to pray for her. We were able to pray for her and her daughter’s peace and healing, as the Lord revealed to me they have experienced a lot of trauma. She hugged all of us and commented she was so encouraged, especially seeing the young ones walking out their calling! What a beautiful day and precious gift today was! I can’t wait to see how the Lord continues growing and using these three!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
