On Mary Frances and I’s way to South Dakota, we felt led to stop in Mammoth Springs. We stretched our legs by walking around the park. It was beautiful and we found it interesting that nothing living was able to live where the water springs up from the depths of the earth. Life was; however, able to exist after the waterfall. It brought to my remembrance when the Lord told me to “jump all in for Him” off of a waterfall in a vision during worship in Miami Co. It was only by total surrender and jumping or in essence dying to myself that I am able to truly live!
After our walk, we googled local restaurants. Once we decided on one, I plugged it into my GPS. We laughed as it routed us the opposite direction and had me make a U-turn on Peace Loop. I knew that was the Lord trying to get my attention and get me focused back on Him and not my personal struggles.
Once we arrived at the deli, we were able to pray healing for the owners who were believers and exchanged contact information with them so we could follow up with them! What a joy it is as we walk out our faith in obedience to Him and I am so thankful for His gentle reminders to keep our eyes on Him alone in the process!
