Read this passage and identify what it says about who you are in Christ. Then, write those statements down and refer to them when you get discouraged. I promise you will be encouraged as The Word will come alive in your spirit and empower you to be more like Him!

Ephesians 1  (ESV)

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,

To the saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful[a] in Christ Jesus:

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Spiritual Blessings in Christ

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us[b] for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known[c] to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ10 as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

11 In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. 13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the guarantee[d] of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it,[e] to the praise of his glory.

Thanksgiving and Prayer

15 For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love[f] toward all the saints, 16 I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him,18 having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might 20 that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. 22 And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church,23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.

Oh, the Places You’ll Go!

During Spring Break, we headed to Texas to visit Jonah. It was a sweet time getting to see where he has made his new home away from “home/Tupelo.” Not only did we get to spend some quality time with him and his girlfriend, but we also got to see his home, meet our grand fur babies, and eat at the restaurant where he works. Please continue praying the Lord reveals Himself to Jonah and Crystal and they begin getting a revelation of how much they are loved by the King of Kings!

reviveMISSISSIPPI

My team felt led to go to the park. As we went separate ways, I was able to pray for a mom and her two kids from Japan. She disclosed she missed home, but is looking forward to going back to visit soon.

From there, we got back in the car and ended up knocking on a door and prayed physical healing for young lady from the Philippines and her boyfriend to be healed from childhood trauma. The boyfriend spoke life into my team member. It was beautiful how the Lord had a gift for each person at the encounter.

When we returned to the church, we were able to celebrate the first baptism during a reviveMISSISSIPPI outreach! A perfect ending to a God-filled morning!

Heidi

As soon as I released from my mouth that I was wondering how Dycharla was; my phone started ringing and it was her on the other end of the line! She agreed to meet Neil and I at a nearby location and introduce us to precious Heidi! What a treat and a bundle of joy she is!

Psalm 127:3 “Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from Him.” What a treasure the baby and her mom are to us! We cherish them both!

TRUTH trumps LIES

I went to visit Mary Francis this weekend and when I was driving home, I just began weeping. Jesus revealed that there was a lie I was believing about God the Father. In my mind, I couldn’t trust a Father who would send His OWN Son to die for our sins…I mean, if He would do that to His most Beloved, how could I trust Him with my heart and believe He is good? I knew in my soul this was not aligned with His Kingdom, but I couldn’t wrap my mind around The Truth.

After worship, prayer, and conversation with a good friend…the Lord brought to my remembrance the picture of the nativity scene that He had been showing me for several weeks and also one of my favorite scriptures “Here I am, send Me!” Well, needless to say…He wanted me to put the two together…Can’t you just see it now? Jesus up in Heaven looking down on us and seeing that He could be the solution to complete reconciliation of man to Himself…that He could be the One to bring about no more separation between us…I can just imagine Him getting excited and saying to His Father…I want to help! I want to show them how much We love them…let me be the One to demonstrate how much…send Me, send ME!!! Once this revelation came into my spirit…I was at peace. I repented to God for believing this lie and came into agreement with The Truth! Wow! How much better I feel no longer having that barrier between us…thank You Lord for removing all things that bring about separation from You…whether it’s sin or a lie…thank You for revealing it and removing it from me!

We love because He first loved us.

Future prophetic artists in the making! Cultivating worship by painting about God’s love!

Our Sunday School class made a gift for someone they love. They were encouraged to use their painting as an opportunity to share about God’s ultimate expression of love…sending His Son to die on the cross so we may chose Him and spend eternity with Them in Heaven!

reviveTUPELO

Today, my team ended up going to the Flea Market. We divided our group and went out two by two (Mark 6:7-13). During our first encounter, we prayed healing over someone’s knee. We also were able to encourage two friends as they were seeking respite. One of their husband’s was battling cancer and she was the primary caregiver. We observed one vendor reading a Bible. We shared what we were doing and she ended up praying for us! Our last encounter was with someone who went to the church I used to attend. We prayed blessing over her business and family. What a great day to be the hands and feet of Jesus!
