Intercessory Insight!

My mother and I went walking yesterday and she was sharing with one of her friends that she was getting to go to Israel.  As she was talking, I felt a tinge of jealousy as I feel led to go to reviveOH ::  Hancock Co. instead.  My dad had always wanted us to go together, so I couldn’t understand why the Lord wasn’t releasing me to go with her.

Then, the Lord reminded me of an experience where I went to King’s Gate and their speaker began delivering people in the congregation.  I was feeling the demonic realm and had to leave because I was in extreme pain.  I recognized then that because I was not involved with the leadership or those ministering, I was not in a position to speak up and out about what the Lord was showing me.  I needed to honor who the Lord had given authority to.

Next, I shared with mom how I felt when I was in the Animal Kingdom last week.  How I felt perversion and was never in a position to do anything about it…and the Lord gave insight that I need to be invited and given permission by the locals and under the authority of TTR’s covering before I should begin warring against the enemy!  I truly believe that is why I am not to go to Israel with my mother and I need to wait and go with TTR…so the locals can be in agreement with what the Lord wants and they can experience freedom for themselves and their land!

Walk by faith

img_4390Tuesday, Cyndi gave me the cute yellow rain boots as a reminder that the Lord wants me to splash and have fun in the midst of the storm!

During reviveSCHOOL Kyle taught on Joshua 3-4 this morning.  Within the message, he said that once you break camp, you gotta get your feet wet!  Just as God did with Moses, He made them step out in faith!  Joshua was to command the priest at the edge of the Jordan to stand in the water!  When they did, the water parted!

This afternoon as I have been continuing to catch up on lessons it states in Joshua 9-10 that the commanders stepped on the necks of the captured kings because the Lord promised He would make the enemy a footstool for their feet!

I believe the Lord is trying to get my attention and teaching me when we walk by faith, He will show up and miraculous things will happen!

1 Cor. 13:9

img_4428As we were finishing up worship this morning, the Lord gave me the word elephant.  I had begun looking up the Biblical meaning of elephant when Caleb came up to me and asked me what I had heard.  When I told him, he said that he got pink.  Once we put the two words together and we get pink elephant.  At that moment, we knew that we needed to pray for the pink elephant in the room; fear!  What a neat reminder that we prophecy in part!  They Lord often only gives us a small piece so we stay connected with other believers and we remember we can’t do it alone!

5th Sunday

img_4382My pastor believes in hitting the streets the 5th Sunday of every month.  Neil and I were supposed to spend the night in Dothan Saturday and get home some time on Sunday.  However, Neil decided he was up to driving so we pressed in and made it all the way Saturday.  As we were driving through Alabama he said he couldn’t wait to get to church in the morning.

When Brother David made the announcement we were going to be the church instead of having church Neil’s head dropped; as he knew it wasn’t a coincidence we were there.  One of his siblings was supposed to sign divorce papers Monday and he knew we needed to reach out to their entire family and pray with them.

That evening, I attended Mission Mississippi with my mom.  Tupelo has been trying to have a community gathering since the last officer involved shooting.  The speaker had a much needed message of racial reconciliation for our community.

As I am reflecting, I am seeing the need to pray for unity.  For the unity of families, races, communities, churches, the list goes on and on!  Please join me in praying for unity across the board!

Praise Him!

img_4393During worship, the Lord has been showing me different designs for flags.  A few weeks ago, my mother, Mary Frances and I made flags to practice with.

During my quiet time, I have begun meeting Him in the throne room and waving my banner high for His glory!

Here is a really neat article entitled “The Lord,  my Banner.”

New Journey

img_4161Today Neil and I went on an adventure with the Lord.  We traveled down HWY 4 and got off at exit 44.  4 represents open door.  Then Neil began praying for his brother and sister-in-laws marriage.  While he was doing so, I noticed a multitude of butterflies and only one grasshopper.  The grasshopper brought to mind Joel 2:25 about the Lord restoring the years that the locusts have stolen and the butterflies reminded me of Isaiah 43:19 that He is doing a new thing.  It was so fun, being that this was the first prophetic adventure I have experienced with Neil!

reviveTUPELO

img_4377My team ended up in front of the Salvation Army praying with all the passers by.  Once it got too hot, we went inside were given permission to pray with all those taking advantage of a free meal.  We spoke to the head volunteer and she told them to “come to the table” if they wanted us to pray with them.  Heaven gained 5 new souls today!

During church the following morning, 3 more people said yes to Jesus!  GLORY!!!

Until we meet again…

This morning was so difficult saying our final goodbye to Lacey.  However, during my dental appointment I saw numerous sparrows…reminding me of God’s love and faithfulness.  The Lord also used Al to bring me comfort; he hasn’t sat in my lap in weeks!

All dogs go to heaven!

It’s been so hard saying goodbye to Lacey; she’s been a part of our family for 15 years.  My biggest struggle was the uncertainty if I would ever see her again in heaven.  I couldn’t stand thinking that once she died, that was it.  The hopelessness of not knowing was almost unbearable.  Due to questions, my husband bought me a book that challenged me to dig for answers in scripture instead of relying on other people’s thoughts and opinions.  I am so thankful he did!  Now I am certain I will see my sweet companion again!

The Lord used this to show me how hard it must be for unbelievers to lose a loved one.  How hopeless they must feel.  What an added burden He has placed on my heart to go and share the Good News of Christ to all!
