Today, my team went to Love’s gas station and fueled up on a cup of java, prayed for a few customers, and decided to go see Pastor Kevin at King’sDome church. We had a beautiful time edifying and lifting up one another up in prayer!

1 Thessalonians 5:11 says “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”

Church is NOT a Building!

Today, I got to work the polls at the Life At Tupelo Church. They provided the workers with a meal, new t-shirt, and an Easter Lily. Talk about hospitality and being an example of what church should look like!

It’s ALL About Israel and HIS Chosen People!

On Monday, my tooth started to hurt. By Tuesday, my cheek was swollen and the pain was so extreme I called and made an appointment with the dentist. He said I needed a root canal and being that it was a holiday week, they were able to squeeze me in on Holy Thursday. The doctor who completed the root canal noticed a cavity under the crown of the same tooth he just worked on. I knew there was something prophetic about what was occurring, but I didn’t understand what it was.

After a few days of having the root canal, I had to go back to the dentist. He removed the old crown, drilled out the cavity and placed a temporary crown on what still existed of my tooth. It wasn’t until on my way back to home from my trip to Miami Co. to get my permanent crown that I heard the Lord say “it’s all about Israel, it’s all about My people!” I instantly saw a vision of the new heaven coming down from the heavens to replace the old one!

Since, I have still asked the Lord for more revelation and this is what I understand it to mean…The roots were perverted once sin entered in. However, He is coming back to re-establish a new covenant. He is giving His chosen people a second chance to fulfill all He wanted for them since the beginning. The cavity under the old crown represents the bride… we need to be refined and get ourselves ready so He can return. The old crown represents the church age…which was good for a season, but will soon pass away. I believe the temporary crown stands for the tribulation which will take place before His glorious appearing for the millenial reign. Then, the new heaven and new earth will descend and be put into place like my new crown!

God reminded me too that my biological parents paid for the new crown, just as He sacrificed His son. We must remember the cost brothers and sisters! He paid it all! God also brought to my recollection that I got money back from my insurance provider for the root canal…how appropriate that it’s our faith in Him that is our insurance and He is our ultimate provider! Praise You Jesus, Father, and Holy Spirit!

This morning I heard the Lord say to go out two by two. So, I joined Heather in distributing the flyers about the upcoming outreach in April. Heather targeted several business owners she knew personally and we were able to explain what we were doing and pray for many along the way.

During testimony time, a grandfather shared how he led several people to the Lord. His granddaughter went with him and told me she didn’t pray with anyone on this particular outreach. My heart was grieved as she had been on my team on previous trips and she eagerly prayed for those we encountered.

As we were leaving, I had an opportunity to encourage the grandfather to equip his grandchildren spiritually with the talents he had been given. I explained I never had a spiritual male leader in my family growing up and how it warmed my soul seeing him doing ministry with his granddaughter. He admitted he was focused on being the one to lead someone to the Lord rather than instructing his granddaughter how to go about it. He thanked me for input and accepted my challenge!

Psalms 78:2-4 “I will open my mouth with a parable; I will utter hidden things, things from of old—things we have heard and known, things our ancestors have told us. We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation
the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done.”

Matthew 28:18

What a fun time spending time with the prayer team and watching the MIP’s getting commissioned to walk out their calling!

I had some free time and attended a burn service. My takeaways from there were: exercise your faith and hunger for holiness.

During prayer time, I felt a burning from my stomach to my chest and I began trembling – I believe He was allowing me to have a glimpse of what it is to have a reverential fear of Him…the Lord spoke to me of His desire for His bride not to just tell others about Him, but for His bride to help others get to know and experience Him…and how there is so much more, we have only just begun to scratch the surface!

Play, Eat, Rest, Repeat

Spring Break with this crew! What a joy it was bringing in the new season with them!

Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you…

On the way to Indiana, the Lord brought to my remembrance how I used to dream about what my life would be like if I lived in the different cities where my parents and I would exit to get gas as we journeyed to Ohio to visit relatives every summer. I used to dream about who my friends would be, what school I would attend, about the neighborhood I would live in, what church would be like…and then He revealed how He made that dream become a reality as I got to do just that as a team member in the TTR ministry. You see, we get to stay in host homes, attend different churches, and meet new people within each community we are invited into!

Then, one evening in Miami Co., the prayer team met in a nearby chapel. It reminded me of the little red school house my Aunt Mary used to volunteer at and where I was taken on a field trip when I was in elementary school. As I was looking around this precious chapel, I noticed a pamphlet about praying for children and then I saw a swing set as I glanced out the window. I knew the Lord was getting my attention, so I knew I needed to stay alert!

The GPS routed me a different way from which I came because I was headed to Mills Creek to spend Spring Break with Neil in our camper. As I turned off the main highway, I began recognizing things on the little winding road in the foothills of Tennessee…I realized I was on the exact road where Neil and I went to purchase our camper! As I continued driving, I saw a row of daffodils in front of a tiny house. I knew this was another sign from the Lord. He brought to my recollection a picture I had drawn while I was in church as a child. It was of a house with flowers in a straight line in the front of it. The Lord was showing me how He deposited that desire within me as a child and now I was walking it out as I was following and serving Him! How cool it is to think about that because of my obedience, I was able to see how He was fulfilling my deepest desires and dreams He placed within me as a child?!

Wow! What an amazing Prayer Summit this was! As Nick led, several of us interceded and shared with him what we were hearing. Looking back, the Lord had us go through an inner healing session corporately! How beautiful is that?

After we prayed for a day and a half, we were full and hit the streets to give away what we had been receiving. I was so encouraged by one of my team members who stayed back in the car and prayed with me. He wept over his gratitude of the Lord letting him share and be a part of His work! It spurred me on and the Lord used it to assess my own heart posture!

For most of the weekend, my shoulders ached. The Lord gave me a vision of an ephod, with the 12 gemstones of the 12 tribes on it. I felt it’s weight. I originally thought I was carrying a burden the Lord wanted me to release, but then I realized He was allowing me to feel the weightiness of the mantle He’s placed on the this ministry and my team member’s shoulders.

This morning, I got to stay back and pray as the teams hit the streets. I ended up having an opportunity to briefly pray with an individual and she had a sweet encounter with Jesus! I also got to play with several of the children who had returned to the church after having an outreach of their own!

After prayer, I was given a red gem and was told one of the gentlemen in the congregation uses this as part of his ministry. They explained how he places a red gem in the palm of someone’s hand and states “this is Jesus’s blood that was pour out for you on the cross.”

One of the little boys was fascinated by it and kept asking if he could have it. After his persistence, I knew the Lord wanted Him to have it, so I agreed to give it to him if he could explain its meaning. Oh, what a beautiful gift that was; seeing our future generation being wooed by the blood of Jesus!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

Neil jokingly says we survived the Snowpocalypse of 2021! I am thankful we kept power so we’re able to keep warm and have fun during this week staying home due to the little bit of snow and mostly ice storm!
