Prayer

Last weekend I was so disappointed that I didn’t get to go out on Saturday morning with Revive Tupelo because I woke up at 2:00 a.m. sick. However, being a part of this amazing ministry has opened my eyes to things around me and I have been trying to be more in tuned with the Holy Spirit’s leading.

When I was prepping to meet with my disciple, a praying mantis landed in front of me. I put out my “How Can We Pray for You?” sign, I got an opportunity to watch War Room…and…I have always been taught that if He wakes you up – use that time to pray! Do you think He was trying to tell me something?

I love being in the front lines, but I was reminded there is a need for folks to stay back and pray. It was pretty cool because even though I didn’t get to go, God still encouraged me. When I went to the clinic that Saturday, my doctor was wearing a revive bracelet and he shared he has been a part.

Now today, I am in Jackson at a conference and overheard someone sharing how the Lord reminded her about Nehemiah because she felt the need to pray and fast over a ministry, to stand in the gap.

My point to all of this is I am so thankful for His ways…and…if I can encourage you to join us…come!  If you can’t participate in person, then please join us by praying for God to continue moving in a mighty way in this ministry.

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
