Here We Go!

Many of you are aware I have been praying about if the Lord wanted me to quit my job so I could focus on developing my partners.  My flesh has wanted to leave numerous occasions, but I wanted to be sure it was of Him and not me.  Well, the Lord made it crystal clear Monday morning!

Sunday, Ms. Judy and I went to The Ramp to worship and she ran into a dear friend she knew when she lived in Starkville.  We went to lunch together and before we left, we prayed over him and his new bride.

He stated that the Lord gave him a vision of me standing in front of a horse, trying to fight it…he explained the horse represented the Holy Spirit…and the Lord wanted me to realize He is powerful and that when I get on; He will take me to places I have never been!

It didn’t take me long to realize I was holding onto my job…trying to fight an unnecessary battle…I was using it as a sense of financial security…the Lord had taken His hand off me being there and He has released me from that obligation.  What a blessing!  How exciting!  I have taken that leap of faith and have gotten on the horse and am ready to ride!

What also is worthy of mentioning…during our TTR training, they encouraged us to set a 90 day goal to raise our funds…well, my last day at the shelter is 6/3/16 and you will never believe what the 90 day mark was?  Yes, 6/3/16!  I just love being in the middle of His will!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
