Healing

img_0352Wow, what an amazing team the Lord brought together today!  After we got into the vehicle and prayed, I heard the word healing.  Each individual in the car shared about a miraculous physical healing the Lord did for them!  I haven’t experienced or needed one of these, so my group prayed for my financial healing as I continue seeking partners to become a full time team member for TTR.

Our leader; John, was a retired ER doctor.  We thought this was neat because our word was healing and this had been his profession.   Since none of knew anyone specifically in the hospital to visit, we felt led to walk around the parking lot.  We no more got out of the vehicle and John met a young man who he was able to encourage and pray for.  After their conversation, this gentleman agreed to share the Good News with his family member who was in ICU!

We walked a little further and ended up at the entrance of the ER.  John recognized a doctor he had worked with walking to his car.  One of our members told about the healing that she had personally experienced and the doctor shared about a miracle he had witnessed while he was in residency!  We were able to pray for him and left him encouraged!

Another team member  and I caught up with a friend of hers that passed us while we were talking with the doctor.  We prayed for her healing of cancer and for her husband’s strength to support her through her treatment.  It was a powerful experience!

We encountered one more young man and were able to purchase his medication so he could return to work the following day.  My team agreed to continue praying for him, as he is at a crossroads and our hope is he choses the narrow road to life!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
