You Revive Me!

This morning, I had the opportunity to walk down a pier and just worship our Father.  What a time we had!  I asked Him to reveal Himself to me as I walked.  I have been learning to intentionally look for Him in ALL things.  At first, I noticed numerous shrimp tails…and I was reminded about the importance of putting on my armor daily.  Then I came up to a grandfather and grandson…it was neat illustration of “give a man a fish and feed him for a day, but teach him how to fish and feed him for a lifetime.”  I believe the Lord is teaching me how to fish…I need to continue being open to His instructions and slow down long enough to hear them!

Next I walked up to a gentleman fishing and he said he was trying to be patient.  As soon as he stated that, the man next to him caught one!  I noticed several fish jumping too and “the favor of the Lord will follow you” kept coming to mind.

When I was heading back, I kept seeing dragon flies.  The song “You Revive Us” came on…and I noticed two large dragon flies came flying at me and then several small ones flew with me…I knew He was showing me that He is with me, reviving me, teaching me, filling me up so I can pour His love into others!  Oh how He loves us, and oh how I stand in awe!  My cup runneth over!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
