2 Casey’s plus 1 Caleb makes for a remarkable team! Caleb felt led to worship at a park so we headed towards Fair Park. On our way, we noticed a large group of people at Robin’s Field. We got out and began walking the track asking the Lord for divine appointments. Caleb and I first prayed for a father sitting under a shade tree. Then, we noticed Mary sitting under a tent with a neck brace. I told Caleb I felt led to pray for her healing. After prayer and conversation, Casey shared she too had the same scar. She too prayed and offered Mary encouragement.
There was a mother standing behind us listening as we were reviewing the bracelet with Mary. She and her son were both believers. She asked for us to impart joy into her and her son. Caleb and I began laughing at God’s sense of humor! The joy of the Lord is our strength!
Needless to say, we were hot and felt led to get something to drink. I shared the first person I led to Christ with revive was at a gas station. Casey stated she wanted to go a run down location and I knew we needed to go to Savings. As we paid for our drinks, I asked if we could pray for the cashier. The two Casey’s went through the scripture with her and she said yes to Jesus! GLORY!
We were on cloud nine! Then, we headed to Fair Park. On the way, Casey recognized someone she knew going the other direction. I did a revive U-turn. Casey explained Daisy had been one of her prison cellmates and she helped her through some difficult days. Casey prayed and went through the scriptures with her. She was tearful because the Lord allowed her to return the favor and offer her friend who is going through a difficult time support.
Our final destination was Fair Park. We began worshiping to Reckless Love on the front stairs of City Hall. Another revive team came over and joined us. We ended up prophesying and praying for each other. We prayed for everyone who hasn’t already received the gift of tongues to receive it and for everyone to grow in their spiritual gifts. Lastly, the older generations got around the three youth in our group. The outside circle walked one way and the inner circle went in the opposite direction as we prayed for the younger generation to rise up and lead us well! What a beautiful day in Lord we shared!
