As we were headed to the noon time church, we noticed umbrellas covering one of the streets. It was a beautiful sight. It was as though He was telling us to prepare for His healing rain!
Then, I noticed the optical store next to the church. During one of our prayer gatherings, we discussed the eyes of the Lord. I believe He was revealing He is giving us new lenses so we can see from HIS perspective. Thank you Jesus! It was and will continue to be my prayer that the Lord gives us HIS eyes, HIS ears, and a humble heart to understand the mystery of HIS will!
This afternoon, I had the privilege of going to a trailer park with Julie and several other ladies from Bethany Church. They minister at this location once a week during the summer while the children are out of school. We had an opportunity to pray and share the Gospel with two moms and three children. Julie had already gone through the Bible and wristbands with the other kids the previous week. One of the mom’s wanted follow up and discipleship! How exciting! I found out the church has been praying about an in to start a weekly Bible Study/Church service there! This might be the answer to their prayers! It was also a blessing to meet the young man who accepted Christ last week that Julie shared about at church Sunday morning!
