Prayer Changes Everything!

As Neil and I prayed together before the first morning of the academy, I wept.  I knew the Lord’s heart was grieving over one, if not several of the cadets.  Throughout the course of the last week, Neil stated one of the kids professed himself as an atheist.  He has already expressed an interest in attending next year.  Please join with us in praying the Lord continues drawing this child to Himself and there will be an opportunity to share the Gospel with him soon!

On the day of graduation, Neil had an opportunity to pray for one of the cleaning crew’s son.  He prayed her prodigal would return home.  She reported her son had come home that very afternoon and they both came to our church the following Sunday!  That very same week, he called Neil and asked for a ride to Celebrate Recovery!

We also just found out Jonah; my stepson who we haven’t heard from, just reached out for the first time to Wendy this weekend!  Keep bringing the prodigals home Lord, keep bringing them home!

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
