Things To Come…

As my mom and I were looking at the Christmas Star of 2020 (or Jupiter and Saturn converging) I felt birthing pains and she felt the spirit of death…total opposites. I believe the Lord was reminding us of 1 Corinthians 15:21-22 “For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.”

I believe this is also a great picture of the season we are in…something coming to an end so something new may come!

I realize no one knows when Jesus will return, but how fun to think about this as a sign…that just as it possibly took the three wise men two and a half years to follow the star and see Christ, that we too will see Christ return in two and a half years!?

Luke 21:25-28 “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

I am a daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! I am humbled that He calls me His own! I am learning to walk more boldly and confidently in who He has created me to be. My prayer is others will come to know Jesus as their Savior, identify with who they are in Him so they too can walk out the calling He’s places on their lives!
