Happy Memorial Day

A few shots from our relaxing weekend. We enjoyed time spent on the water with friends in the midst of God’s creation while honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

A local church came and we gathered on Sunday to worship together at the campgrounds.

John 15:13 There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

Back To Jesus (2nd night)

So how fun is God? Pam, Gary and myself drove around this afternoon and invited numerous people to come and join us for tonight’s service. It just so happens that one of the people was a friend of the gentleman who rededicated his life to Jesus the night before and this gentleman gave his life to the Lord! Please join us in celebrating his salvation and praying for his complete healing. He has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, but believing in the miraculous!

Matthew 10:1 “And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every affliction.”

reviveNATIONS

After reviveOHIO :: Hancock Co., I felt released to be able to travel to the nations. Before, the Lord made it clear that there was plenty of work to do here in the United States so there was no need for me to go abroad. I understood too that it wasn’t until He could trust me with little, that He could trust with much (Luke 16:10).

I had no idea where He would lead me, but have been feeling burdened for Brazil. A few weeks ago, I trained to be an ambassador for reviveSCHOOL. When asked if I felt called to Mozambique, I agreed to pray into it.

It didn’t take long to see numerous connections. This was the nation where Heidi Baker ministers and I have been to two conferences where she spoke and loved everything she shared. The only time I have been laid out when someone prayed for me was when Angle from her ministry prayed over me. During our outreach in Abilene, we stayed at a camp that was run by her ministry. Needless to say, I agreed the Lord had been preparing me to be able to minister to this nation. However, in the back of my mind, I wondered why Brazil kept stirring in my spirit too.

During the first prayer call where I got to meet the precious pastors and two interpreters, Pastor Jose explained they wanted to get the lesson translated immediately because he had just passed out 1,000 Bibles and the pastors he had given them to want to begin reviveSCHOOL after it is translated into Portuguese. He then asked if reviveSCHOOL was in Brazil, needless to say my ears perked up. He stated how they would love to be ambassadors after getting everything translated into Portuguese (which is Brazil’s native tongue)! How cool is that?

Back To Jesus!

What a beautiful evening! After Vincent shared his testimony, this gentleman broke down in tears and rededicated his life to the Lord saying “I’m all in!” He explained he is sick and tired of being sick and tired, trying to do things his own way and in his own strength, amen!

Adventure Time!

Two years ago when Neil and I intentionally began praying together, the Lord told me to go back to the beginning…back to the garden…and about a month ago, I intentionally began praying for us and our marriage again. This morning during prayer, I heard the Lord say “go on an adventure and look for daisies.” I told Neil and he agreed to go on a walk with me until we found daisies. I thought it was fun, as this was in a way, pointing me back to the garden, and His original plan for our marriage and His children…the place where Adam and Eve had complete and constant fellowship and communion with Him and where we should abide!

Along Neil and I’s walk, we saw numerous wild flowers, all beautiful. I asked the Lord why daisies and He brought to my remembrance that these are the flowers one often uses to pull off the petals to discover if their love interest has the same feelings towards them…”he loves me…he loves me not…” The Lord reminded me that there is no question that He loves me and He definitely loves each and every one of us!

Recently, the Lord has been prompting me to begin preparing for His return and this was also a prophetic act to Him saying that I am ready and will continue moving forward as He instructs and leads, amen?

Yesterday, on the way back to Mississippi, a friend of mine said she saw a scissor tail bird and felt it was a word for Neil and I. She explained they attack when they are defending their homes. Neil and I saw many scissor tailed birds in a field. As soon as we did, we made proclamations and declarations of Jesus ruling and reigning over our marriage, family, and home!

Later this afternoon, Neil and I went over to Aunt Vicky and Uncle Steve’s. On their property, there were as many daisies as the eye could see! Neil asked if I could pick some and Uncle Steve shared the story of he and Aunt Vicky’s first date. He explained he found out that daisies were Aunt Vicky’s favorite flower, so he bought out three floral shops and filled up his entire car with them! How neat is it that the Lord would bring me back to first loves and Jesus being mine? Oh, how I love the way He woes us to Himself!

Road Stop

I felt the Lord wanted me to visit the Diamond Caverns on my way home today. I was unable to get in due to the mask requirements. Instead, I decided to go back to the Mammoth Cave National Park that I had passed on the way.

I asked the Lord what it was that He wanted to show me. As I began walking, I came to a fork in the road and remembered the Lord is coming back to separate. I chose the narrow road which was to my right and it brought to my mind Matthew 7:14, about narrow is the road that leads to life and only a few find it and also Matthew 25, about how He will put the sheep on His right and the goats to His left.

As I continued walking , I came to this bench and the scripture “Be still”…resonated in my spirit…I sat down and looked up what this command truly meant and discovered the word still is a translation of the Hebrew word rapa, meaning “to slacken, let down, and to be still…in my words…to let the Lord fight for us or to surrender what it is that we are wrestling with, amen?

Lastely, I came upon these 5 daisies…and we all know 5 represents the Lord’s grace, kindness, and favor.

In summary, I am so thankful that even though the narrow road isn’t the easiest, when we are surrendered to Him, He will fight for us and we will be in the midst of His grace and loving kindness!

Release!

During debrief, we all laid hands on Nicki. When I get hot, that is a sign the Holy Spirit wants to heal someone. This particular evening, my hands were on fire! Nicki reported her belly remained hot for two hours after our team prayed for her! Please join us in praying for her complete healing in the mighty name of Jesus!

The following day, Jessie’s wife came to visit him with two of their little ones. I had placed my hands on her back and then Nicki joined us. When she began praying over Elli’s womb, my hands got hot once again. I am uncertain what the Lord was releasing, but we can be certain it is good!

One afternoon, Gail shared her testimony with me and then prayed for me. I felt the Lord releasing His peace over me as she prayed. That same evening, Aimee and I were able to pray with a local who came to the altar crying. After awhile, we all got filled with His joy! I love how the Lord gives us just what we need when we need it!

reviveINDIANA :: Miami Co.

What can I say about Miami Co. to give it justice? The Lord moved mightily in this place! It was the place the Lord used to reveal to me the urgency of the hour and that it’s all about Israel and His return!

I love how it was bathed in prayer and a group of intercessors coordinated a 24/7 hour prayer initiative to press in before and during the actual engage week!

Joel 2:1 – Blow a trumpet in Zion! Raise the alarm on my holy mountain! Let everyone tremble in fear because the day of the Lord is coming; it is near-

Joy Overwhelming!

On my way to Indiana, Diamond Cave caught my attention. I remembered how the Lord gave me three gems during my first session with Cherry. I reached out to her at that moment and she said she was coming to pray with people! I scheduled an appointment and knew the Lord wanted me to go and visit the cave on my way home.

When I arrived at my host home, I sat and talked with the host family for several hours. The gentleman shared about one of his previous employers was from another country and his employer had been compensated in uncut diamonds. I giggled silently knowing this was confirmation!

Before my first outreach as a Time To Revive team member, a friend gave me a word about splashing in the water and having fun in the midst of the storm. On Sunday morning, it was pouring down rain. My host home was located out in the country and my hostess was kind enough to offer me her rain boots! Because of the word years ago, I knew the Lord wanted me to splash…so I did!

During my session with Cherry later in the week, the Lord did not disappoint. I had a feeling I would be crying about some of the things going on in my personal life. However, the Lord had me on the floor laughing for most of the session! The Lord gave me a vision of a barbie with one leg during the previous night’s service. He brought that to my remembrance and commented that doll represented me, trying to run the race without His assistance. I then saw myself hopping up and down and He said He was a gentleman and would allow me to continue doing it on my own, or He would help me along this “leg” of the race! Oh, His sense of humor! Needless to say, I repented from striving and pride and asked Him to assist me. First Peter 1:8 “Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy.”

One evening when I returned to the host home, the sheep dog attacked the german shepherd. This happened in front of the hostess and she said shouted out “he is protecting you.” Before leaving the host home the final time, that same sheepdog circled my vehicle countless times. I knew it was the Lord showing me how His angels are all around me, protecting me for what’s yet to come!
