Tonight the entire team met at the camp ground to eat, reconnect, pray, worship, and fellowship. After we ate, Kyle began sharing around the camp fire and we broke into teams and prayed over the primary team leaders.
I had the privilege of praying for Kevin. The Lord gave me a vision and Kevin was the hub. He was positioned in the center of a circle of rocks. The rocks represented the remnant Kevin would be passing the baton to. They were rather large rocks revealing the remnant had solid foundations. As the group continued praying, the Lord showed me the Holy Spirit fire from within Kevin lit the other stones on fire. As I am typing this, my prayer is that the Holy Spirit will unite all of the small fires into one gigantic fire that can’t be contained! Please press in with me and pray the Holy Spirit fire will spread throughout the entire state and a crossed it’s borders. It will be so bright all who see will want to come and experience it themselves. Burn Holy Spirit, BURN!

Neil called me this morning after he left the person he was training to fill in my position as the crossing guard on Green St. He explained he just saw Dorothy, a local prostitute, that I have been ministering to. He said he gave her some water and instructed the person who was taking my place to carry some extra water bottles in case they crossed paths again! I stand in awe of how the Lord softened my husband’s heart to the work I have been doing and to those that I have been working with! My heart is full!
This afternoon, I went to lunch with Sarah. We discussed the spiritual gifts and she shared with me ways to fine tune my gifting. She also stated the importance of always going back to the base…what the Lord first told me if I get stuck or confused about what to do. This is where I will find rest and peace, not kayos and confusion.
Today I had the opportunity to hang out with some of the ladies at Transformation Home. We made these crosses and reflected on what “Paid In Full” truly means. We also shared our testimonies of what Christ has already brought us through and what we are still struggling with . I enjoyed myself and was honored to get to spend time with these courageous women of faith!
This morning my mother asked me to sit and watch my gramma for an hour. While she rested, I pulled out my book. I began crying as I read the words on the page. The definition of vortex was all it took. I knew immediately this tied into the vision the Lord had given me only a few Sunday’s ago.
Every 5th Sunday the Anchor Church hits the streets to share the love of Christ instead of sitting in the church sanctuary. My team consisted of four youth. We decided to eat at McDonald’s so we could check out the newly remodeled play ground. Before we played, everyone shared their testimonies and discussed what the Lord has been teaching us over the past week.
I had the privilege of spending this week in Florence with Neil. At first, I felt uneasy about being away from home. However, the Lord reminded me I needed to intentionally pour into my husband even more than I do others. He revealed to me this was the perfect opportunity to do just that. All through the week I prayed for the Lord to show me how He sees and how much He loves Neil so I could be a better helpmate to him.
