Pentecost

img_6868We celebrated the past 50 days of reviveTX on Pentecost.  The entire church cried out for more of Him, for His Holy Spirit Fire to fall fresh on us!  The bottom picture shows what was happening inside the church building, look at what the Lord was doing on the outside!  I believe it’s a sign that He’s pouring His Holy Spirit out on DFW and His promise of watering the seeds that were sown and yet to be harvested!  It also was a visual of what the Lord had shown me about the aqua region just yesterday afternoon!  Can I get an amen?

A taste of things yet to come!

Day 50

img_6863-1So hard to say goodbye for now…but so excited about when we will all meet again!

Tonight we pressed into the Holy Spirit falling on us so we may receive the gift of tongues!  We are continuing to prepare and equip ourselves for Israel!  What an amazing finale to reviveTX!  I love pressing into Him for more!  More God, more!!!

Day 49

img_6546This morning, I stayed at the church because I wanted to tell Lela more about my new giftings and ask her questions about inner healing and deliverance.

This afternoon, I was exhausted and wanted to stay at the church to take a nap, but knew I would not be able to win someone for the Lord if I did.  So, Mary Frances, Bill and myself set off to find the one.

While praying, the Lord gave me a vision of a rainbow, then another vision of an aqua circle with orange surrounding the bottom of it.  I shared this with my team and it was interpreted that the rainbow represented His promise to preserve and protect what has been started in the aqua region.  Then the orange surrounding the aqua region was the Holy Spirit Fire sustaining and consuming it!

I didn’t get to lead anyone to the Lord this afternoon, but I did have to opportunity to pray for a mother and daughter for their sick friend, 2 black women and a smoker needing encouragement, a hispanic family requesting provision.  All in all, I would say it was a fun way to wrap up the outreach portion of reviveTX!

Day 48

img_6861Today we united with the other regions in the metroplex.  It was fun seeing everyone in one place!  This morning, my team felt led to get coffee at Dunken Donuts.  We prayed for Natasha who had two poodles that reminded me of Molly, my childhood dog.  After getting to know more about her, she shared she has an older daughter Michelle who just had a baby 5 weeks ago.  She explained she used drugs throughout her pregnancy and has been involved in sex trafficking.  I then prayed a special prayer for Michelle and her baby.  Natasha was grateful and left encouraged.  Thank you Jesus!  My team also prayed for a couple that worked at a Cajun restaurant;  we ended up going there for a delicious lunch.  Continue reading “Day 48”

Bitter Sweet

img_6860Tonight was the last night in our region.  It was sad to say our goodbyes, but exciting to see the 32 folks  who were picking up the baton! As I learned from reviveMS, it’s all about the remnant…and man is this an incredible group and I can’t wait to hear how the Lord continues raising them up and growing this region!

We have grown so close and there is already talk of having a reunion!  My heart is full as this is what He has called me to do and be a part of!  It really is such an amazing ministry with such awesome folks to serve with and along side!  I am blessed beyond measure!

Day 47

img_6890This morning, I met with Jim for prayer and deliverance.  I shared with him how I felt the Lord has been leading me into this ministry and he reminded me I need to do what God commands me to do and I am only responsible for my obedience because He is responsible for the outcome!

This afternoon, Emily and I felt led to pray for someone needing deliverance.  This individual agreed to meet with us for prayer, but when it came down to being willing to pray for the spirit of perversion and addiction to leave, she denied having any struggles.  We called Jim in once we noticed the demons manifesting, but again she denied any problems.  He did ask if we would all pray for anything to leave us that was not of the Lord.  Later, he explained that when the demons were manifesting, we should have taken authority of them at that moment and sent them to the feet of Jesus.  When we shared our experience with Mary Frances, she became light headed.  We knew immediately we needed to pray a cleansing prayer over her and each other.  What a learning experience that was for all involved!

Day 45

img_6856This morning Alex, Rose Mary, Mary Frances and myself went to an assisted living home. It was sad, as all the residents had been diagnosed with some form of dementia. However, their mood was pleasant and joyful. We prayed for their health as they were sitting and chatting.  Pictured is Ms. Helen and John. We especially enjoyed John. We discovered that holding the baby is his reward for taking a shower and getting ready for the day!

The Glory of God

img_6881How wonderful it is to bask in the glory of the Lord!  During prayer, Kyle Felke invited the Holy Spirit in and we just laid and enjoyed His presence.  It was heavy, peaceful, and a place that was difficult to leave.  However, we knew we had to eventually get up and do His work so others may experience His goodness too!

Reckless Love of God

This morning our devo was on finishing strong.  As we prayed the Lord gave me a vision of one endless line of army ants marching and then another line of reinforcement ants came along side of them!  How encouraging is that?

As we also focused on going after the one…I envisioned the lighthouse again lighting up the darkest corners!  Oh how thankful I am for the reckless love of God!  Please click on the link to hear this incredible song of our Savior leaving the 99 for the 1!
