Grace!

img_5362While we were praying this morning, I thanked the Lord for being able to ride in on the tsunami of prayers.  Cheryl said she saw us in numerous boats on the tsunami rescuing people/souls all around us!  How fun is that?!?

Craig and I prayed for Steve who was under a bridge.  He was a believer and said he’s already been baptized.  Other team members prayed for a female who was in recovery. We saw a thin blue line flag flying where they were standing.  We left that encounter believing she will continue walking with Him under His protection!Continue reading “Grace!”

On the way to Dallas, Cyndi called Mary Frances and I and said as she was listening to the song Holy, “carrying the message” stuck out to her.  Several days later, we discovered that a Toyota dealership was going to allow us to share the gospel with their employees and put 450 Bibles in every one of the glove compartments of the cars on their lot!  As we prayed that morning, I could literally see the cars driving off the lot and carrying the message with them.  I also got a vision of all ten of the reviveTX regions being uprooted and placed in another state.  Talk about shaking the nation and this being a launching pad to something greater!!!  Move Holy Spirit, move!

On earth as it is in heaven

img_5464During morning prayer, I was given this image of smoke/clouds.  The Lord was showing me heaven coming down and He is pouring out His love on us!

I told Kyle Felke I wanted what he had.  (His ability to prophesy and speak words of wisdom).  He encouraged me to believe the Lord will speak to me about others just like He speaks to me personally.  He said, instead of talking to Him face to face, get next to Him and ask Him to show me how He loves the person I am talking to…ask Him what about them do You love Lord…and then trust He will!  I can’t wait to begin practicing!

This evening during service, I stood up and committed to baptizing someone while here at reviveTX!  Mathew 28:19

UNT

img_5361This afternoon my team went to the Christian Campus Center at UNT for lunch.  We were able to pray with many of the students that came to eat and fellowship.  When time permitted with their schedules, we went through the wristbands and Bibles with them and encouraged them to share it with someone they knew.

Brandon; the director, showed us around the campus.  It was a fun day. I can’t wait to see what the Lord will do there!

JOY!

img_5360Today my team consisted of Carol, Buster (the dog), and Alex.  We ended up going to a local Rehabilitation Facility.  We prayed for several employees and then focused on praying for a few of the patients. It was fun to see everyone’s disposition change as they saw Buster headed their way.  Several staff members encouraged us to visit Susan.  We prayed for her and reviewed the bracelet with her.  She was a believer, but the Lord used our time together to refresh her soul.  We also prayed for Carol’s friend who was being discharged tomorrow and for Mike.  Mike explained he adopted a baby who is now 5 years old and the mother is wanting the child back.  He stated he knows he is recovering so quickly from surgery because he needs to continue fighting for custody.  Please keep this precious family in your prayers!

Let It Rain!

During last weeks devo, someone shared Zechariah 10:1 “Ask the Lord for rain in the time of the latter rain.  The Lord will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, grass in the field for everyone.  I bought a pair of rain boots in preparation.  We discussed this verse not only means literal rain, but it also refers to the Lord pouring out spiritual blessings of grace and goodness; resulting in refreshment to people’s souls.

On Easter Sunday, it sprinkled on the way to the kick off and on Monday afternoon, the first full day of reviveTX it rained like crazy!  Isaiah 45:8 “Rain down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness; Let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together.  I, the Lord, have created it.”  The Lord fulfilled His promise, answered our prayers, and blessed His children!  Please click and listen to my new favorite song!

reviveTX kick off!

img_5323Wow, wow, wow!!!  This is what it looks like to have over 340 churches come together as one body in Christ!!!

Kyle spoke about us receiving Christ’s resurrection power.  Phil 3:10 says “that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.  Acts 1:8 states “but you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”  1 Thes. 1:5 “For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake.”  Thank you Lord for your resurrection power!  Help us to die to self so we can walk it out!Continue reading “reviveTX kick off!”

It’s Tomorrow!

img_5326What a fun evening!  We gathered together with the entire crew and served our individual team members by washing one another’s feet.  Kyle shared what was spoken over each region and he said the aqua region should expect to see signs and wonders!

He left us holding onto the verse of Joshua 3:5 “Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.” Well dear friends, tomorrow is here!

Right Side Up?

img_5325When Mary Frances and I came for the equipping weekend, we both tried out the inversion table at our host home in Dallas.  Then, when we returned for reviveTX, we noticed our host home in Denton also had one!  We are believing God is going to flip DFW metroplex upside down!!
