THE Son

img_7971During the sermon when David stated “the moon is made up of reflective material,” my ears perked up!  All I could think about was how Sarah said she just saw silver when she looked at me during our last reviveMISSISSIPPI outreach.

One of the following statements David said was, “there is no dark side of the moon, only a shadow cast by the earth.”  He went onto explain the reason we see a shadow is because the earth is blocking the sun and the reason it looks like the moon shines is because its surface reflects the light from the sun.  What a neat analogy!  Just like the moon, we are reflecting the glory of God when we face THE Son.  Yet when we focus on things of the world, we get caught up in darkness.  David said it like this, “what the world tries to reflect on us deflects; however, what the Lord imparts on us reflects!”  How neat is that?!  I don’t know about you, but I won’t look at the moon in the same “light” again!

Anchor’s Away!

img_7965Today was over the top!  I can’t express how much I love our prayer sessions we have every Sunday before church!  This morning, Heather stated we needed to pray for protection over the words that had been released.

While doing just that, the Lord gave me a vision of a heart that was being covered with heavy metal.  At first I thought He was showing me I had a hard heart.  However, He revealed the heart represented His word and the metal was a shield protecting it.  Continue reading “Anchor’s Away!”

The Body of Christ

img_7950Tonight, the Anchor Church’s Women’s Ministry went to fellowship with the girls at the Transformation House.  We played a game, ate supper, and then ministered to every resident.   Lela prayed, the Lord gave me a vision, Cyndi and Heather shared a prophetic word, while Kay and Sarah tied each together with a scripture.  It was beautiful seeing the Lord use the gifts of everyone in the women’s ministry to minister to each resident. We ALL are looking forward to next month when we will meet again!

I Heart You

img_7777Today, I was invited to ride along with Sarah as she took her niece to the Memphis airport.  Sarah’s radar detector kept going off and she stated it might be a result of law enforcement being in front of us.  I shared with her about how the fire alarm sounded while we were in FL and we claimed it symbolized a shofar sounding.  She agreed it was a fun way to interpret it.  Once we got into Memphis, we saw the vehicle.  It was neat knowing that the Lord went before us!  Continue reading “I Heart You”

Sunday

img_7759

What a beautiful time of prayer we had this morning before service.  It was neat to see how it carried over into the sermon.  During worship, I felt pain in my stomach and was able to identify it as the spirit of deception.  I went over to a prayer partner and she helped me pray through it.  About 5 minutes later, I was called to the alter because someone was struggling with deception!  We were able to pray for this individual and free her from bondage!  Thank you Lord!

After service, someone said a gentleman in the back was having a heart attack.  I immediately felt it in my spirit and knew he was experiencing anxiety.  Nobody felt led to pray over him.  However, I knew the Lord wanted me to put my hand on his chest where I was feeling the anxiety.  He began calming down until he saw the first responders coming towards him.  I questioned why the Lord wanted me to do that because it didn’t have a lasting effect.

Words

Today, Caleb stated He heard the Lord saying I was shape shifter.  He explained it meant I blended in and the enemy couldn’t see me.

While we were at Fair Park, Chris gave me a word.  He said I have only experienced a little of the “more” the Holy Spirit wants to give me.  However, I need to continue releasing my fear to allow Him more room.

img_7763This afternoon, Sarah said all she could see on me was silver.  Please look at the meaning we found that goes hand in hand with what else was spoken over me today!

As I was leaving, Robbie prayed over me.  All I can remember is the Lord reminding me I am no longer who I once was.  He saw the Lord pouring oil over me…and…he saw numerous hearts of different colors above my head!  One of them being red!  As soon as he said this, I thought of Love’s truck stop!  Oh what a fun journey it is walking with the Lord!

img_77212 Casey’s plus 1 Caleb makes for a remarkable team!  Caleb felt led to worship at a park so we headed towards Fair Park.  On our way, we noticed a large group of people at Robin’s Field.  We got out and began walking the track asking the Lord for divine appointments.  Caleb and I first prayed for a father sitting under a shade tree.  Then, we noticed Mary sitting under a tent with a neck brace.  I told Caleb I felt led to pray for her healing.  After prayer and conversation, Casey shared she too had the same scar.  She too prayed and offered Mary encouragement.Continue reading “reviveMISSISSIPPI”

reviveMEMPHIS

img_7722The first ever reviveMEMPHIS just happened! On the way to meet Tripp and his daughter, Lela and I were observing the sky and noticed a cloud in the shape of a pig.  I laughed and stated the Lord is telling me I eat too much!

Once we got to Memphis, the team decided to eat.  As we prayed, I got a vision of a red heart and yellow and black lines.  I immediately thought of Loves, but knew with Tripp’s daughter with us, it wasn’t the appropriate time.Continue reading “reviveMEMPHIS”

Hebrews 5:12-14

img_7746This morning I was listening to a CD about discernment.  The speaker shared a testimony about someone giving her a word.  She stated she was told she is a watchmen for a ministry, as she has been given the ability to see wolves and snakes.  I immediately began crying, because I knew this word was for me too!

Then, the Lord brought this picture to mind.  Back in January, I saw a tower and the Holy Spirit revealed strong tower.  I also took this picture hearing watch tower.  However, I didn’t pursue it because it brought the mormon’s newsletter to the forefront of my mind. Well today, He showed me what He meant!Continue reading “Hebrews 5:12-14”
