What a joy it was getting to spend the holiday with family! It was a relaxing and refreshing time at the river! Jeremiah 31:25 states “I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.”
Noah’s Ark
If you haven’t been to the Ark Encounter, I strongly recommend making the effort to go. It was incredible; it puts everything into perspective.
The Lord spoke to me while we were touring this amazing structure. He revealed to me how He resembles the ark. Jesus is the only thing that saves us from sin and death, just as the ark was the only thing that saved Noah and his family from dying in the flood waters. There was only one door onto the ark, just as Jesus is the only way into heaven. Noah was instructed to cover the ark with pitch so it was sealed and water tight, just as those who accept Christ are covered with His blood and it seals all who belong to Him. Lastly, just as the ark carried and rescued all that was inside of it, Jesus carries and rescues all who believe in Him!
Opportunities
What a fun journey the past week has been! I prayed the Lord would continue setting up divine appointments and He hasn’t let me down yet! On our trip back from Florida on Sunday, I had an opportunity to pray for a homeless man at a gas station. Monday, I was able to minister to one of my friends who just happened to come by my home. Wednesday, in the middle of Bible Study, a gentleman came in inquiring about where the bus station was. I immediately knew the Lord sent him to us. We were able to pray for him and his daughter Tuffy. He was on his way to be with her after finding out she had been sexually abused. Thursday night I went to an event called Unshackled. While I was in the bathroom, I prayed for someone who’s leg was hurting. She said her pain level went down drastically after we prayed! Amen? On Friday at the Jr. Police Academy graduation, Neil called me over to pray for one of his cadet’s parents who just found out he had throat cancer. We all joined together and prayed for complete healing. Then on Saturday, we prayed for Ashley’s grandfather’s healing. In 30 minutes, he said his vertigo symptoms had subsided! Glory to God in the highest!
Matthew 16:19
On the way to the event, we discussed taking back territory. Lela noticed a new Love’s gas station being built in Columbus. I commented how all I thought about was human trafficking when I saw them. I was encouraged to pray if the Lord was wanting me to pray love into all of the locations I passed by and to discern if this is a way the Lord wants me to intercede and take back territory.
Once we were at there, the speakers released how the Lord is giving us Kingdom keys so we can bind what needs to be bound and loosen want needs to be loosened. Tonight, the Lord revealed to me how He is giving His children authority to deliver territories and not just individuals! Please join me in praying for direction in how He specifically wants me to war on His behalf.
Discernment

Ever since I returned from Texas, I have continued having stomach aches as soon as I discern something warring in the spiritual realm. My stomach gets to a point I am doubled over in pain. Rhonda; a friend of mine, shared Luke 13:11-13 with me. I knew it was my answer to what I needed to do every time I experienced stomach pain. I realized I become hunched over because of someone else’s infirmity; my vessel feels it and alerts me to the evil spirit. My instinct has been to just get away from where I experience the pain. I realized I should lift up Jesus’s name instead of just removing myself from the source. Thank you Jesus for wisdom! It didn’t take more than an hour before the Lord let me put this knowledge into action!
As we were headed back home from the conference, we stopped at a gas station. A vehicle full of guys pulled up next to our car. As soon as the guy got out next to me, my stomach began hurting. I saw evil in his eyes. I shared what was happening with the driver and we turned up the music and began worshipping to “Spirit Move”. He was the first of his group to come out of the store. It was awesome because he stood on the furthest side of their car. The Lord was showing us how powerful His name is! He revealed how we have authority over the darkness in Jesus’s name! Once our car was in reverse, the guy started walking toward the car he was riding in. The enemy couldn’t come anywhere close to us!

During the One Breath’s ministry trip to Santa Rosa for the Synergy Conference, we stayed in a nice condo. We laughed because every time someone got out of the shower, the smoke detector went off. We jokingly said it was because the alarm detected the water from the shower trying to smolder the Holy Spirit fire on the inside of us!
What is so amazing about this reoccurrence is the fact we took out the batteries and disconnected the wires and it still sounded! What we came to realize is the painful blasts of noise changed the atmosphere! We are claiming it as our guardian angels warring on our behalf, amen?
Spiritual Gifts
I was excited about going to the Synergy conference to learn about spiritual gifts; especially prophecy. I hoped they were going to give us specific instructions about how to prophesy over others. However, the Lord reminded me that He has already equipped me with this gift and I have already used it to further His Kingdom! A key statement I jotted down was: “prophecy speaks something into being.” This is why it is so important to guard our tongues and only speak life and not death! Another note I took was: “stop trying to figure it out, for the Lord already has it figured out! Rest in Him!” That eliminates all of my excuses and justifications about why I can’t…because He totally can!Continue reading “Spiritual Gifts”
Follow ME!
While we were taking a walk down the beach, we noticed several schools of fish swimming in the channels. I knew the Lord was reminding me that we are to be fishers of men.
Then, when I saw the top left picture, I immediately could see this paralleling to how Father looks down on us. We delighted in watching the fish, just as He delights in us! Ps. 149:4 “For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.”Continue reading “Follow ME!”
Birthing Something New
The Lord humbled me this morning. During the process, He taught me I need to let go of impure things because the longer I hold onto it, the worse it becomes. I need to get into a position to submit. There are no quick fixes. Sometimes I have to get smelly, dirty and uncomfortable for change to happen. I can not cover it up. If I try, it will contaminate everything else I touch. No matter what it is, it is still there and will continue be uncomfortable until I totally get rid of it. However, once it’s released, it makes room for something better…something of God and not of me!
Hitting the Streets!
Several of us sat around the table this morning to share what we had learned at the conference so far and how it applied to winning the lost to Christ.
I began coughing as we talked about the power of the love of the Lord. I had been sharing about my insecurities and the Lord reminded me again the outcome is not up to me and my ability, but in Him…and not everyone is going to need deliverance because His love will fill them so full there will be no room for the enemy, amen?Continue reading “Hitting the Streets!”
